Operation And Maintenance Of Hospital Washrooms Tender Notice
Description
Provide operation, management, repair and maintenance services for washrooms at BBS (DHQ) Teaching Hospital Abbottabad and Women & Children Hospital Abbottabad on monthly rental basis. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS together with the required documents while original call deposit receipts equal to 2% of the quoted rent for each work shall be submitted before bid opening. The successful bidder shall charge a fixed rate of Rs.20 per person for washroom use, deposit six months rent in advance and undertake repair, maintenance, replacement of sewerage lines, accessories and related items at own cost. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and KPRA. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day after submission closes at 12:30 PM and rates shall remain valid up to 30-06-2027 or until finalization of the next tender.
