Provision Of Security Guard Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security services for shrines, mosques, Imambargahs, offices and other properties under the Auqaf Department Multan Zone for one year. The contract includes deployment of 21 licensed security guards together with licensed weapons, walk-through gate equipment and metal detection arrangements. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab PPRA EPADS Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial proposals. Eligible bidders must be licensed private security companies approved by the Home Department, Government of Punjab and registered with FBR, Punjab Revenue Authority and other relevant government departments. Technical proposals shall be evaluated first and only responsive bidders meeting all documentary requirements will have their financial proposals opened. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated contract value shall be submitted through Pay Order before opening of bids and the successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of the contract value. Compliance with Social Security, EOBI and other applicable laws is mandatory.
