Coaster Transport Services School Duties Tender Notice
Description
Hire a 25 to 28 seater coaster for school duties covering specified morning and evening shifts, trip frequencies and travel distances as per the BOQ. Bids shall be submitted under a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure through EPADS. Where applicable, a valid PEC certificate shall be uploaded with the bid. Bidders shall download the tender documents, complete the BOQ, Bid Form and Schedule of Requirement, upload duly signed and stamped documents through EPADS and submit the original physical bid bond before the bid submission time. Bid security of 325,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Bid opening shall take place at 10:30 AM.
