Supply of 2 transport ventilators with an estimated amount of PKR 13,164,800 and bid security of 2% amounting to PKR 263,296. E-bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized sole distributors or authorized distributors of manufacturers in Pakistan, registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments or authorities. The bidding procedure shall be single-stage two-envelope on a least-cost basis under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System and will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Hard copies are not required. Bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and physical financial instruments including CDR or bank guarantee shall not be accepted. The delivery term is CPT PKLI Lahore and bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 22-09-2026.
