Description
Service and Maintenance Contract of ICU Ventilators at Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi for financial year 2026-2027. Eligible firms must have established technical, experienced, financial and managerial capabilities and be registered with relevant departments, PPRA Punjab, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities with active taxpayer status. Bidding will be conducted electronically through E-Procurement Punjab under Rule 12 of PPRA and Section 5 of Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial offers inclusive of all taxes must be submitted online by 25 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM. Bid security equivalent to 2% of estimated total bid cost must be submitted in the prescribed form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in the name of the Medical Superintendent, Holy Family Hospital, Rawalpindi, with the security attached in PDF and original submitted to the Purchase Office. The procuring authority may reject all bids under Rule 35.
