Procurement Of Cardiovascular Medical Equipment And Supplies Tender Notice

Procurement under Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2010 amended 2019 for Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) - ICU Ventilator - Remaining Items of Drugs & Medicines - House Keeping and General Items for SICVD Network Hospitals under Framework Contract Basis. The procurement is on FOR basis with free delivery at the site or any SICVD Network Hospital in Sindh. The bidding procedure is Single Stage One Envelope. Tender fee is Rs. 2,000 per tender, non-refundable, in the form of Pay Order in favour of Sindh Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Karachi, while bid security and validity are as specified in the bidding documents. Tender documents contain prescribed proformas, detailed specifications, lists of items and terms and conditions. The complete tendering process is conducted through EPADS and suppliers must submit bids electronically through the Sindh e-Procurement System. Tender fee and bid security must be uploaded through EPADS, while sealed hard copies with required fee and security may also be submitted physically at the specified time. Technical bids are opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders are opened later at a date, time and venue communicated in advance. Closing dates are 15.09.2026 for IABP and ICU Ventilator and 16.09.2026 for Drugs and Medicines and House Keeping and General Items, with corresponding opening times specified in the notice.
