Procurement Of White Offset Paper Tender Notice
Description
Procure white offset paper through a Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using EPADS. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and manual bids shall not be accepted. The scanned copy of the bid security shall be uploaded through EPADS while the original bid security must reach the purchase department before the submission deadline. Samples required under the tender document shall be submitted with the bid security. Bids shall be technically evaluated according to the specifications, BOQ and tender requirements. Bid security of 28,500.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Bid opening shall take place at 11:30 AM after bid submission.
