Upgrade and carry out repair and maintenance of lifts installed in the headquarters building. Bids shall be submitted under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Bid security of 55,000.00 is required and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Bid opening shall take place at 11:30 AM after bid submission.
