Uplift Beautification Works Booni Upper Chitral Tender Notice

Execute uplift and beautification works comprising improvement of Family Park Booni - installation of sign boards for shops at Booni Bazar, UC Mastuj Bazar, UC Mulkhow and UC Charun Bazar - drains - supply and installation of dustbins - wall art at Booni Bazar - link road improvement - solar street lights from Bulan Lasht Bridge to DC Office at Booni - improvement of link road from Raho Chinar to Kuri Junali - Food Street Road - construction of footpaths - seating areas - sun shades and backlit 'I Love Upper Chitral' board. Electronic bidding shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Bidders shall upload complete bid documents, bid security, KPRA registration, C&W registration, CNIC, PEC registration and detailed rate analysis where applicable through EPADS, while original call deposits, rate analysis and EPADS-generated call deposit details shall be sent by courier before bid closing time. Financial securities include bid security at 2% of the estimated cost with additional security requirements for bids quoted more than 10% below the engineer's estimate. Eligible bidders must possess the relevant PEC category and codes and be registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:30 PM after submission closes at 12:00 PM. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days.
