Construction Of Pre Fabricated Primary Schools Tender Notice

Detailed design, construction, testing, commissioning and handing over of five pre-fabricated LGS primary schools under a single EPC procurement package at GPS Banda Batang No.1 Abbottabad - GGPS Basala Abbottabad - GPS Dewsar Mastuj Upper Chitral - GGPS Dhoke Ghakran Khanpur Haripur - GGPS Adina No.1 Razar Swabi. Works include main school buildings with civil works and LGS structures - toilet blocks - boundary walls - protection and retaining walls - external development - complete electrical and plumbing works. Bidders must submit one consolidated lump-sum bid for all five sites and meet technical, financial, managerial, personnel, equipment, PEC, KPRA and tax registration requirements. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted through EPADS under the two-envelope procedure, with original affidavits and required bid security submitted separately as prescribed. Bid security is 5% of the Engineer's Cost, with additional security applicable for bids exceeding specified percentage reductions. Tender fee is 0.05% of Engineer's Cost plus stamp duty. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 18-09-2026 at 12:00 PM at the office of the Chief Engineer East, C&W Department, Peshawar. Financial bids will be opened after technical approval. The defect liability period is 12 months.
