Construction Bab E Malakand Gateway Zarabad Check Post Tender Notice
Description
Construct Bab-e-Malakand near Zarabad Check Post, Sakhakot, Tehsil Dargai under the Accelerated Sustainable Development Initiatives for District Malakand. Procurement shall be conducted electronically through EPADS using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure based on MRS-2025 (1st Bi-Annual) and Non-MRS items. Bidders shall submit electronic bids through EPADS together with the required bidding documents, while the original call deposit shall be submitted in favour of the Procuring Entity/TMO Dargai. Eligible contractors must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category, valid Local Council Board registration, KPRA registration, active NTN/Income Tax certificate and other prescribed documents. Bid security of Rs.300,000 shall be furnished in the form of call deposit, with additional security and detailed rate analysis where applicable under KPPRA rules for bids quoted below the prescribed limits. Tenders will be opened at 02:00 PM after submission closes at 11:30 AM. Work orders shall be issued subject to availability of funds and all applicable taxes shall be deducted.
