Supply of Glucometer Strips including Accu-Check Active, Accu-Check Instant, Accu-Check Performa, Medisign and Glucometer Strips with 1350 Glucometers for the Emergency Services Department, Government of the Punjab. Quantities and estimated costs are: 73,800 Accu-Check Active strips, Rs. 2,435,400 with bid security Rs. 48,708; 54,800 Accu-Check Instant strips, Rs. 2,027,600 with bid security Rs. 40,552; 43,000 Accu-Check Performa strips, Rs. 2,064,000 with bid security Rs. 41,280; 121,000 Medisign strips, Rs. 5,445,000 with bid security Rs. 108,900; and 135,000 Glucometer Strips with 1350 Glucometers, Rs. 6,075,000 with bid security Rs. 121,500. Eligible bidders include local manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and authorized distributors with valid DML/Establishment License, DSL and relevant experience, registered with the tax department. Bidding uses Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete bids must be submitted electronically by 29 September 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 10:30 AM. Bid security of 2% of estimated procurement value must be submitted electronically; physical financial instruments are not accepted.
