Annual framework contract for FY 2026-27 on item rates basis as per MRS 2nd Bi-Annual 2026, covering decoration items on rental basis including LED string lights, firefly or fairy lights, decorative light strings, border lighting strips, 400-watt Tango lights, pedestal fans, bulb strings or garlands, electrical cables, buttons, sockets, breakers, changeover switches, electrical fittings and light poles - catering equipment, tents, carpets, floor mats, qanats, catering accessories, stage equipment, main entry and exit gates, welcome gates, water arrangements including water coolers and movable washrooms on rental basis - powdered lime or Chuna powder - CCTV surveillance equipment on rental basis - fireworks for different events on demand basis - electrical and decoration materials including LED lights, decorative lighting, cables, switches, sockets, breakers, fittings, poles and related materials for office buildings - refreshment items including tea, coffee, mineral water, soft drinks, juices, biscuits, sweets and snacks - plumbing materials including PVC, PPRC and GI pipes, fittings, valves, taps, water meters, unions, elbows, tees, sockets, nipples, flanges, water tanks and sanitary fittings - rental machinery including excavator with POL and operator, front-end loader or blade tractor, tractor with hydraulic trolley and loader rickshaws with operators - rental generators including 10 KVA, 25 KVA, 50 KVA and 100 KVA capacities with operators - sports equipment and uniforms - gun cartridges for disposal of stray dogs - bamboo with weaving or thatching work - sanitation materials - office stationery, photocopying and record-related items - repair of water supply schemes - sound system services on rental basis - purchase and repair of IT equipment - purchase and repair of office furniture - motor pumps and dewatering sets including 10 HP to 100 HP capacities, Petar engines and pumps - different types of plants - nets for sewerage line manholes. The procurement is open to eligible engineering firms, contractors, vendors and manufacturers registered with the PPRA or E-Procurement system. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended to date, through the PPRA E-Tendering System. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the prescribed E-Procurement system with the required bid security in favor of District Council Rajanpur. The bid opening will be conducted through E-Procurement in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bid Securities, Performance Securities and other required guarantees must be issued by the Bank of Punjab. The successful contractor shall execute the agreement on government-prescribed stamp paper within seven days for issuance of work order.
