Annual Framework Contract For Civil Works Tender Notice
Description
Annual framework contract for construction, repair and supply of civil works for Financial Year 2026-27, with an estimated cost of Rs.7.00 million and 5% earnest money of Rs.350000. Eligible engineering firms and contractors must have valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category and be registered on the Punjab PPRA E-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted electronically and accompanied by 5% bid security through the prescribed E-Procurement System; physical CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee will not be accepted except through the electronic system. Bids and quoted rates will be retrieved at the specified time. Performance guarantee is required under the applicable PPRA rules.
