Vehicle Repair Engine Overhauling Batteries Tyres Tender Notice
Description
Quotations are invited for repair of official vehicles including engine overhauling, batteries, tyres, tubes and spare parts. Sealed quotations shall be submitted on the prescribed letterhead and opened in the presence of bidders. Interested dealers may obtain detailed lists of vehicles and spare parts during office hours upon written request. Rates shall remain valid until 30 July 2027. Preference shall be given to sales tax registered dealers with vendor numbers. Bid security of 2 percent of the total quoted amount shall be submitted through pay order or bank draft. Successful bidder shall execute an agreement on Rs. 100 stamp paper and deposit 10 percent security. Payment shall be made after completion, inspection and bill approval. Replaced condemned parts shall be returned.
