Annual Operation Maintenance Repair Works Tender Notice
Description
Execute annual operation, maintenance and repair works including civil works at Ghiljo and Kalaya District Orakzai and electrical and mechanical repair works at Ghiljo District Orakzai. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders shall be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and Provincial Works Department with active status and relevant PEC codes including CE-09, EE-04, EE-05, EE-11 and ME-07 where applicable. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through EPADS while original bid security, additional security and tender form fee in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt shall be submitted physically before the submission deadline. Bid opening shall take place at 12:30 Noon following submission at 12:00 Noon. Pro Tip: This procurement covers civil maintenance, electrical maintenance, mechanical repair, infrastructure rehabilitation, operation and maintenance works, public utilities repair and solar related electrical works.
