Annual Maintenance Office Supplies Landscaping Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of repair and maintenance of government vehicles, tractor and motorcycle, office stationery, miscellaneous items and beautification, landscape and horticulture items with labour for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial proposals. Interested firms shall obtain bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.10,000 and submit a call deposit of Rs.500,000. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals under PPRA Rules. Pro Tip: This procurement includes vehicle maintenance, automobile repair, office supplies, landscaping, horticulture services, beautification works and maintenance support services.
