Annual Maintenance Logistics Supplies Framework Tender Notice
Description
Annual procurement of light and heavy vehicle and machinery repair and maintenance, office stationery, printing, transportation of relief items, miscellaneous items, loading and unloading services and gabions for the year 2026-27. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Tender documents are available from the office of the Director General. Successful bidders shall provide 10% performance guarantee before issuance of supply order. Firms must be financially stable and provide standard quality products in original packing. Handwritten quotations shall not be accepted. The procuring agency may accept or reject one or all tenders under GB PPRA Rule 36. Pro Tip: This procurement includes fleet maintenance, machinery repair, printing services, logistics, transport services, disaster relief transportation, gabion supply, office supplies and handling services.
