Purchase Of Liquid Nitrogen Dewar Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for purchase and import of Liquid Nitrogen Dewar on FOR and C&F basis. Bidders are required to submit quotations on both C&F and FOR basis for acceptance of bids. Procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using EPADS. Bidding documents are available through EPADS and the official website. Tender fee of Rs. 1,000 is non-refundable and must be deposited with the prescribed account, while the original deposit slip or online deposit receipt must accompany the bid. Earnest money equal to 2% of the bid value in the form of Pay Order is required. Only duly signed and stamped uploaded bids with supporting documents will be accepted and alternate bids must be accompanied by separate earnest money. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under applicable procurement rules.
