Framework contract for procurement and supply of Medical Gases (Liquid & Compressed) - General Store Items - Bedding Clothing & Linen Store Items - Sanitation Store Items - MIR Store Items - Electric Store Items - Stationery Store Items - Orthopedic Raw Material Items on free delivery to consignee basis. E-bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended). Eligible local manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers of foreign principals, distributors and general order suppliers registered with PPRA on E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) shall submit electronic bids through E-PADS. Hard copies of bids are not required. Electronic bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives and the Tender & Purchase Committee. Original bid security of 1% for tender codes A15 to A21 and 2% for tender code A08 for Medical Gases in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or Bank Draft shall be submitted on the tender opening date, failing which the offer shall be rejected. Samples of quoted items shall be submitted in the relevant store to the designated pharmacist and store-keeper on the tender opening day. In case of a public holiday or non-working day, submission and opening shall take place on the next official working day at the same time and venue. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-04 at 10:00 AM.
