Framework Contracts For Hospital Stores And Medical Gases Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 for procurement of medical gases including liquid and compressed medical gases, general store items, stationery store items, sanitation store items, MIR store items, electric store items, bedding, clothing and linen store items and orthopedic raw material on free delivery to consignee basis. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope e-bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible local manufacturers, sole agents, sole importers, distributors and general order suppliers registered on E-PADS may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted through E-PADS before the respective closing dates. Original bid security of 2% is required for Medical Gases (Tender Code A08) and 1% for Tender Codes A15 to A21 in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order or Bank Draft. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 04-07-2026 at 10:00 AM in the Conference Room, Surgical Tower, Mayo Hospital Lahore. Bidders shall submit samples of quoted items to the designated pharmacist and store keeper on the tender opening date. Hard copies of bids are not required. In case of a public holiday, submission and opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time and venue.
