Procurement Laptops Minority Students Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laptops under the Chief Minister's Digital Inclusion Program for Minority Students through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure on E-PADS. Interested and eligible bidders may download the bidding documents from the department website, KPPRA website and E-PADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-13 at 12:00 PM. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the bid amount. Bid opening will take place on 2026-07-24 at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Pro Tip: This procurement includes laptops, notebook computers, portable computers, information technology equipment, digital devices, educational technology and computer hardware for student digital inclusion initiatives.
