Framework Contract Annual Supply Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase, provision, repair and maintenance of various goods and services for the financial year 2026-2027 including ice and coal, lubricants, stationery, printing, computer stationery, miscellaneous items, training aids, Muharram and Chehlum duty items, tents and tarpaulins, store items, transport repair, machinery and equipment repair, furniture repair, hardware and equipment and software repair. Procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using E-PADS. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost in the prescribed form is mandatory before the submission deadline and successful bidders shall furnish a 3% performance guarantee. Samples or brochures are mandatory where applicable. Bidders must possess active registrations with FBR, PRA, PPRA/E-PADS and other relevant authorities. The contract shall remain valid until 2027-06-30.
