Prequalification Of Event Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of service providers for mega and mini event management services on a need basis for the period from 01 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Services include large-scale national and international events, conferences, public gatherings, meetings, seminars, media briefings, departmental events, workshops and ceremonies including boarding and lodging, travel, transportation and related services. Proposals must be submitted through e-PADS only. Eligible firms must have operational offices in major cities including Islamabad, be registered with FBR, AGPR and PPRA e-PADS, appear on the Active Taxpayers List for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and submit a security deposit of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of Pay Order. Blacklisted, incomplete, conditional and late applications shall not be entertained.
