Description
Procurement for supply of electric buses with electric chargers for feeder routes of green buses. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope electronic bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must have completed two assignments of similar nature and complexity, demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 100,000,000 during the previous three consecutive years, possess Sales Tax registration, appear on the Active Taxpayer List and submit a non-blacklisting certificate. Joint ventures are permissible. Bid security equal to 2% of the bid value in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the supplier dashboard and opened on the same day.
