Description
Supply of Electric Vehicles EV Buses with charging stations including installation, commissioning and training on Delivered Duty Paid DDP basis. Allama Iqbal Open University invites electronic bids through e-PADS v2.0 from eligible suppliers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, active on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List and registered on e-PADS. The procurement method is Single Stage-Two Envelope adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection QCBS. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the required amount and acceptable form, with scanned copy uploaded through e-PADS and hardcopy submitted as instructed in the bidding documents. E-bids must be submitted by 28 October 2026 at 1030 hours PST and opened at 1100 hours PST on the same day. Manual bids will not be entertained. A Grievance Redressal Committee is notified under Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules 2004.
