Framework contract for procurement of office stationery - printing materials - stitching materials - computer stationery - electric and sanitary items - cleaning materials - diet and lunch boxes - road safety items - IT equipment - plant and machinery - furniture and fixtures - miscellaneous store items - vehicle repair and denting painting - vehicle spare parts - batteries - tyres and tubes - repair of machinery and equipment - repair of furniture and fixtures and renovation of traffic police buildings for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through EPADS. GST, PST and Income Tax registered firms are eligible. Bid security of 3% of the estimated procurement cost in the form of demand draft or pay order is mandatory. Bids shall be uploaded through EPADS and opened electronically. The lowest bidder's bid security shall become performance guarantee upon acceptance. Taxes shall be deducted according to government rules and rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027.
