Framework Contract For Services And General Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts on an item-wise basis for provision of services and supply of general items for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible contractors, firms, suppliers and manufacturers registered on E-PADS with valid Pakistan Engineering Council licence in the relevant category and active FBR, NTN and PNTN registration shall submit technical and financial electronic bids through E-PADS. Bid security of PKR 4500000 for each framework contract in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR or Bank Draft in favour of the Director Agriculture Marketing Development Fund shall be submitted before technical bid opening. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for opening of financial bids. Hard copy of the technical book shall be submitted at the time of opening. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Corrupt, unreadable or virus infected electronic bids shall be rejected.
