Framework General Store Items Hospital Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of general store items for the financial year 2026-27 on free delivery to consignee end basis. Interested firms registered with sales tax and income tax departments shall submit technical and financial bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Procurement shall follow Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must quote the complete quantity for each lot and partial bids shall be rejected. Original bid security of 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Pay Order, Bank Draft or Call Deposit shall be submitted physically one hour before bid opening and a soft copy shall also be uploaded with the technical proposal. Rates shall be inclusive of all taxes and item quotations shall include both brand names and generic names. Financial proposals shall be submitted separately for each lot. Proper page numbering, signatures and stamps are mandatory. If the opening date becomes a public holiday, bids shall be opened on the next working day at the same time.
