Framework Contracts Hospital Supplies Medical Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contracts for the year 2026-27 including general store items - consumables - medicines - surgical disposables including day to day, emergency, bulk, essential medicines and SSP - dialysis items - laboratory items - printing and stationery items - biomedical gases and medical gas. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding procedures under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Eligible firms, agencies, distributors and general order suppliers having valid NTN and STRN for 2026-27, along with Form 9 for Serial No. 2 where applicable, may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PAD. Bid Security of 1% in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan must be submitted separately before the respective closing time. Bid opening shall be conducted through E-PAD in the presence of bidders' representatives at the scheduled opening times. Bidders are required to submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not expected. Taxes shall be deducted as per applicable government rules. If the tender cannot be opened on the scheduled date due to a public holiday or other reason, it shall be opened on the next working day at the same time. The procurement is conducted on a lot-wise basis.
