Framework Contracts For Hospital Supplies And Medical Consum Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 including general store items - consumables - medicines - surgical disposables including day to day, emergency, bulk, essential medicines and SSP - dialysis items - laboratory items - printing materials - stationery items - biomedical gases and medical gas. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using E-PAD. Eligible firms, agencies, distributors and general order suppliers having valid NTN and STRN for the year 2026-27 and Form 9 for Serial No. 2 where applicable may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PAD and accompanied by 1% bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bids shall be opened electronically in the presence of bidders' representatives according to the scheduled opening times. Bidders shall submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not expected. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules. The procurement is lot wise and if opening is delayed due to a public holiday or any other reason it shall be conducted on the next working day at the same time.
