Auction Of Hospital Parking Stand And Canteen Tender Notice
Description
Open auction for the financial year 2026-2027 for hospital parking stand and canteen. Auction includes Parking Stand and Canteen contracts. Bid security is Rs.200000 for the parking stand and Rs.100000 for the canteen. Bidders shall submit sealed documents including active NTN, active PRA registration and an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted by PPRA Punjab or the hospital, will comply with all bidding conditions, will not initiate litigation against the procuring agency and will pay taxes according to applicable rules. Auction shall be conducted in accordance with auction rules. Bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from the prescribed websites. Auction shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives on the scheduled date and time. If the auction cannot be conducted due to a public holiday or any other reason it shall be held on the next working day, failing which it shall be conducted on 24-07-2026.
