Procurement Of Laboratory Kits And Chemicals Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory kits and chemicals for use in the Pathology Laboratory on available laboratory equipment on FOR basis including all applicable taxes for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible participants include original manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals and sole authorized importers of foreign principals. Estimated procurement cost is Rs. 158.819 million. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of irrevocable Bank Guarantee or CDR from a scheduled bank is mandatory. A pre-bid conference shall be held on 11-07-2026 at 12:00 noon. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids shall remain unopened.
