Steel Beds Hostel Maintenance Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 1000 steel beds for hostel maintenance through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, sales agents and distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Estimated procurement value is Rs. 7,670,000 with a delivery period of two months. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR in favour of Treasurer UET Lahore is mandatory and shall be uploaded electronically with the original submitted before bid opening. Technical bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Applicable government taxes shall be deducted and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: This procurement includes steel beds, hostel furniture, metal cots, institutional furniture, dormitory furniture, educational furniture, furniture supply and installation for hostel facilities.
