Auction Of Toll Collection Rights Tender Notice
Description
Auction for toll tax collection rights at Mailsi Syphon Cum Barrage for the period from 20-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. Sealed bids shall be submitted along with earnest money in the form of CDR amounting to 5% of the approved reserve price. Bid documents shall be obtained after submission of the required documents including CNIC, specimen signatures and Power of Attorney where applicable. Successful bidder shall pay the bid amount in twelve advance installments along with applicable taxes and shall provide a bank guarantee equal to 10% of the total bid amount. Conditional bids shall not be entertained. Toll tax shall be collected according to the approved government schedule. The auction committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance. In case of a public holiday, bid submission and opening shall take place on the next working day.
