Repair And Maintenance Of Office Furniture Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for hiring a firm to carry out repair and maintenance of office furniture on a lump sum basis. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated procurement value is PKR 2465500 with bid security of PKR 49310 in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order issued by the Bank of Punjab. Electronic bids shall be submitted through e-PADS and scanned bid security uploaded while the original shall be delivered before bid opening. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Technical and financial bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives.
