Annual Repair And Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Annual repair and maintenance contracts include repair and maintenance of furniture and fixtures, repair of printers with cartridge refilling, and annual repair and maintenance of laundry equipment including replacement of spare parts. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Electronic bids shall be submitted through Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the submission date. Hard copies of bids are not required. Pro Tip: The procurement covers maintenance services, furniture repair, printer servicing, cartridge refilling, laundry equipment maintenance, spare parts replacement, facility maintenance and institutional support services.
