Hospital Security Services Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Provision of outsourced security services comprising 317 security personnel for round the clock security operations covering 365 days and 24 hours including Sundays and public holidays. The contract shall be for one year extendable for one additional year on the same terms and conditions. Electronic bidding shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Eligible firms registered with e-PADS and relevant tax and registration authorities shall submit electronic bids through e-PADS. Hard copies are not required. Original bid security equal to 1% of the estimated cost shall be submitted before bid opening along with the uploaded copy. Technical proposals shall be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid validity shall be 120 days. Corrupt, unreadable, virus infected or wrongly submitted electronic bids shall be rejected. In case of a public holiday the opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time and venue.
