Execution of public health engineering works including providing and laying tuff tiles, soling, culverts, sullage carriers, sewerage works, construction of drains, provision of water supply pipelines and related civil infrastructure at various locations in District Bahawalnagar. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab PPRA e-Tendering System on item rates. Eligible contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in category C6 and above with relevant CE-01, CE-09 and CE-10 codes, FBR, PPRA, NTN and PNTN registration shall submit electronic bids. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR shall be uploaded and the original submitted before bid opening. Contractors shall quote item-wise rates instead of percentages. Performance guarantee shall be required from the successful bidder under Rule 56. The procuring agency may reject bids under Rule 35.
