Framework Procurement Of X Ray Films And Chemicals Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of X-ray films and chemicals for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms and agencies having valid NTN and STRN registration shall submit electronic bids through E-PADS. Bid security equal to 1% of the quoted amount in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque from a scheduled bank shall be submitted before bid opening. Technical and financial bids shall be opened electronically in the presence of bidders' representatives. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules. In case of a public holiday, bids shall be opened on the next working day at the same time.
