Cardiology Cardiac Surgery Medical Devices Framework Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement of cardiology and cardiac surgery items and medical devices for the financial year 2026-2027. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System using the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible bidders registered with E-PADS and relevant registration and tax authorities shall submit technical and financial bids electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items in the form of Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, Pay Order or Banker's Cheque shall accompany the technical proposal, while original bid security and original affidavits shall be submitted before bid opening. Bid validity shall remain 210 days. Hard copies of bids are not required. Corrupt, unreadable, virus infected or wrongly submitted bids shall be rejected.
