Framework Supply Of Medicines Disposables And Surgical Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of local purchase medicines, disposables and surgical items for day to day hospital requirements during the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Only manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, distributors and firms from District Rawalpindi meeting the eligibility criteria may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted only through E-PADS. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost amounting to PKR 160000 shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker's Cheque in the name of the Medical Superintendent with the original submitted before bid opening. Taxes shall be deducted according to government rules and valid NTN, Income Tax and General Sales Tax registration shall be provided.
