Supply Of Medicines Surgical Disposables And Diagnostic Serv Tender Notice
Description
Provision of medicines, surgical disposables, other healthcare items, laboratory diagnostic services, CT scan services and MRI services for Sehat Sahulat Program patients during the fiscal year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising technical and financial bids under KPPRA Rules. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA and possess a valid Drug Sale License under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Drug Sales Rules 1982 as amended in 2017. Bid security of Rs.700,000 in the form of original Call Deposit Receipt shall be submitted before bid closing while scanned documents shall be uploaded through E-PADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14-07-2026 at 11:00 AM. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Approved rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027 under the framework agreement provisions.
