Furniture Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items for office use including furniture required for education endowment fund operations. Sealed bids are invited from SECP approved or registered companies having offices in Islamabad or Rawalpindi and registered with the Sales Tax Department possessing a National Tax Number (NTN). Bidding shall be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and applicable procurement regulations. Bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the prescribed form, with the scanned copy uploaded through e-PADS and the original submitted physically in a sealed envelope. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-07-13 at 11:30 hours. Bids shall be submitted electronically through e-PADS, and bid opening will take place at 11:30 hours on the closing date in the presence of bidders' representatives.
