Hospital Security Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of security and safety services for a healthcare facility through electronic procurement. Only electronic bids are acceptable and bidders must be registered with the Balochistan Electronic Public Procurement System. Procurement shall be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security equal to 5% of the bid amount in the form of Deposit at Call is mandatory. Eligible bidders shall demonstrate three similar assignments worth at least PKR 2 million each during the previous three years, accumulated turnover of at least PKR 3 million, Active Taxpayer status, BRA registration, audit report, security equipment, renewed Home Department licence, corporate office in Quetta, list of security guards and an undertaking to pay workers for at least three months in case of delayed payments.
