Hvac Operation Repair Maintenance Contract Tender Notice
Description
Annual operation, repair and maintenance of a 702-ton HVAC system installed at the new building for a period of twelve months including maintenance materials and consumables but excluding spare parts. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner. Technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded electronically and bid validity shall remain 180 days. Hard copies of bids are not required. Pro Tip: This procurement covers HVAC operation, air conditioning maintenance, central cooling systems, building mechanical services, preventive maintenance, facility engineering and climate control systems.
