Framework Contract Miscellaneous Supplies Repair Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement on a framework contract basis for miscellaneous supplies and services including hot and cold weather charges, POL and lubricants, stationery, printing and publication, computer stationery, miscellaneous items, Muharram funds related items, transport repair, machinery and equipment repair, furniture and fixtures repair, and hardware and equipment for the financial year 2026-2027 through Single Stage Two Envelope open competitive electronic bidding. Bidders including firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agents and distributors must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost must be submitted before the submission deadline. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value is required from the successful bidder. E-bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid validity shall remain up to 30-06-2027. Hard copy bids may be submitted only in case of technical issues with the e-procurement system as permitted under PPRA Rules.
