Renovation Hospitality Training Facilities Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement for establishment of mock rooms, classrooms, hospitality training facilities, baking laboratory, renovation works, allied civil works, furniture, fixtures and required accessories at multiple TEVTA institutes through the PPRA E-PADS Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Contractors must be enlisted, renewed and active with Punjab E-PADS, PEC, FBR and PRA in the relevant category C4 and above with the prescribed specialization codes and provide an undertaking that the firm is not blacklisted. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS and manual bids shall not be accepted. Online bid security is mandatory and the successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount. The procurement follows the least cost method. Bid submission closes at 11:00 A.M. on 27-07-2026. Bid opening timings are 11:30 A.M., 11:45 A.M., 11:55 A.M. and 12:00 Noon according to the respective work package. The works include establishment of hospitality mock rooms and classrooms with renovation and allied works at GSTC Faisalabad, GCT Rawalpindi, GTTI Multan and establishment of a baking laboratory at GTTI Gulberg Lahore.
