Framework Contract Laundry Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laundry services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms, companies and suppliers must be registered with Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System and manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately within a single bid package. Bid opening shall take place in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. In case of a public holiday, submission and opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time.
