Relocation Safe Transplantation Mature Trees Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of services for scientific relocation and safe transplantation of mature trees including tree excavation, root ball preparation, heavy crane lifting, flatbed transportation, reinstallation at designated locations, post-transplant stabilization, skilled arboriculture supervision, filling of excavated pits and machinery mobilization for transplantation of trees from G.T. Road Gujranwala to designated forest sites. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible firms must possess relevant experience, technical expertise, machinery, financial capacity, valid NTN, Active Taxpayer status and access to tree spade machinery. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. The estimated amount is Rs.19.488 million. Technical proposals shall be opened after submission while financial proposals of technically qualified bidders shall be opened later. Bid validity is 90 days.
